I forgot my PIN, or my PIN doesn't work.
PINs are issued and reset by your Institution's Caliber administrator, not by us. Contact your program coordinator and they can reset it immediately. For security, PINs cannot be reset by email.
I'm an attending and a student asked me for an evaluation — where is it?
Open Caliber and check the bell at the top right of your dashboard, then the Requests section. Choosing Fill opens the evaluation form with the student's details already completed; everything remains editable before you submit.
I submitted an evaluation with a mistake.
Contact your Institution's administrator. Submitted evaluations are part of an assessment record and are corrected through your Institution rather than deleted by users.
Can I use Caliber on my phone?
Yes. Caliber Student works in any mobile browser at caliber.md, and an iPhone app is coming soon.
What is the Patient Reference field for?
A short non-identifying note so an attending can recall which encounter an evaluation concerned. Never enter a patient name or medical record number. Caliber is not a medical record system.
I want my account removed.
Ask your Institution's Caliber administrator, who manages your program's roster. You can also write to us and we will route your request. See our Privacy Policy for how records are retained.
I want to report a security issue.
Please write to us with details. We take reports seriously and will acknowledge promptly.
